How It Works: The Dental Cleaning Mechanism
Physical chewing friction scrubs away food debris from the tooth surface, reducing tartar buildup and supporting overall oral health. Going beyond basic mechanical scraping, our formula incorporates Ascophyllum nodosum, a globally recognized natural kelp proven to combat plaque and tartar right at the source.
Ascophyllum nodosum does not rely merely on direct contact with teeth. Instead, it works systemically through a multi-stage pathway: Digestion & Absorption → Entry into Bloodstream → Secretion into Saliva.
Inhibits Bacterial Adhesion & Biofilm: Interferes with the ability of oral pathogens to adhere to tooth surfaces, preventing the initial formation of plaque biofilm. This is crucial, as tartar is simply mineralized plaque.
